JAS Worldwide API onboarding process

1. Register an account

Create an account at the MyJAS Connect API portal.

2. Register applications

After registration, register the following applications:

• Shipment API — for creating shipments (ordering)
• Global Tracking Shipment API — for tracking shipments

Each registered application receives its own set of credentials (clientId + secret).

3. Request activation

Contact JAS support to activate your applications: JASConnect.Support@jas.com

4. Configure in Viya

Once activated, configure the following in the carrier profile:

• Client ID — from the registered Shipment API application
• Secret — from the registered Shipment API application
