How we work
- Flat and product-led
- A very flat structure: the managing board, and everyone else in a direct line to it. Products are the responsibility of empowered product teams.
- Small teams
- Three product teams, plus a commerce, a support and a delivery team. Each team is ideally between three and eight people.
- Hybrid, based in Hilversum
- Our office is in Hilversum. Our sweet spot is two days a week together there, and individual contributor time from home on the other days.
- Privately owned, ISO 27001 certified
- ShipitSmarter is privately owned by the managing board and employees, and our security practices are certified to ISO 27001.
