Mandersloot Integration

The Mandersloot integration supports importing invoice data from Mandersloot Expeditiebedrijf B.V. for automated freight settlement on the Viya platform.

Supported Processes

Invoice File

Mandersloot provides invoices in XML format following the UBL (Universal Business Language) 2.1 standard. The integration parses these invoice files and extracts:

• Invoice header information (invoice number, issue date, currency)
• Shipment details per invoice line (references, loading/unloading locations and dates)
• Pricing breakdown per shipment (transport charges, fuel surcharges, etc.)
• Weight and handling unit information

Ordering

Ordering is handled via the Viya email integration, where the carrier can accept or decline transport requests.

Pricing

Pricing can be configured using basic carrier pricing, ShipitSmarter base tariffs, or the Viya pricing module.
