Track your shipment

After shipments are created, you can monitor their whereabouts. Either to pro-actively react, or as a tool for when your customer support department is contacted by your customer.

  1. Search for your shipment in the shipment overview page and open it. You can search on the contents of a shipment, or by zooming in on the list using the filters provided.

  1. You can now view your shipment and see the status and tracking events. You can also follow the link to the carrier’s tracking page if required.

  1. You can also toggle from the default tracking view to the tracking event view to see which events have been shared with our backend by the respective carrier.

  1. Once the carrier informs us (using the tracking event integration) that a shipment was successfully delivered, the status of that shipment is automatically set to Delivered.
