DPD Germany onboarding process

Start using DPD Germany by following the steps below.

  1. Send email to your DPD Germany account manager with following text:
Dear {account manager name},


We would like to start using DPD Germany services via silver certified company `ShipitSmarter.com` application `ShipitSmarter`.


Please provide us with the following information:
- DPD Depot for pickup
- UserId / DelisId for webservices
- Secret for webservices
