What’s new
Improved quick select buttons for pickup times.Our user research showed that many users had to make multiple clicks to set a pickup or delivery date. The previously available presets were linked to both pickup and delivery, which we found confusing even for ourselves.
We have a new way available to select a requested pickup or delivery time for your shipments in the app.
We’ve added typical delivery times +2 days and + 3 days based on our most active users.
If these predefined options are not helping you, we also have a Custom option available where you can select dates and times that work.
